Scion FR-S vs Subaru BRZ: What's Different?

By now, you've surely heard all of the buzz about Toyota's latest project, the Scion FR-S. Being touted as the first true sports car that Toyota has created in the past 10 years, this thing is fast, stylish, and downright fun to drive. Because it's brand new, production is limited and most dealers (us included) have only been getting one to two each month. While slightly clichè to say, you really do have to act fast to check them out before an eager customer drives home with one! The Scion FR-S was developed in a joint production between Toyota and Subaru, with both companies releasing slightly different versions of the cars. You'd be hard pressed to notice at first, though! So what are the differences between the Scion FR-S and the Subaru BR-Z?

The guys over at Consumer Reports decided to make a comparison video between the two, to highlight the key differences between these vehicles. Check out the Youtube video below for yourself. It's an interesting watch,  mainly because Consumer Reports is usually known for vehicle reliability, safety ratings, and efficiency. While the FR-S certainly has all of those qualities, it's definitely a lot more exciting to see and hear about how it performs!

Have you seen the Scion FR-S in action yet? What are your thoughts on this car? Make sure to drop by to take a test drive, or schedule an appointment online!
